Dispensing equipment and gas, any refrigerators and marketing material such as roll-ups and beach flags are to be brought by the breweries.

One stand is reserved for selling value tokens and handing out glasses; age checks also take place there.

Only Beer Alps value tokens may be redeemed at the brewery stands. They are exchanged for cash at the cash desk at the end of the event (1 token = €1.00).

Glasses are issued against a deposit. Please encourage visitors to keep using the same glass; rinsing stations are provided.

Each brewery may bring as many beer styles for dispensing and tasting as it likes.

Bottles may not be handed to visitors. Bottled beer must be poured at the stand.

The cheapest beer at every stand must be offered at €3.00 per 0.3 l.
